OVERVIEW
Upon completion of this program, students will able to handle the job scope and work situation at supervisory level. Our program integrates with industry on the job training in support of student value added employability skill.

DURATION
Twelve (12) months

PROGRAMME
Core: Hygiene, Kitchen Safety and Food Handling, Food Production Quantity and Quantity Control, Catering Activities Coordinator, Supervisory Administrative.

Elective: Basic Cost Control

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
18-35 years old and completed Malaysian Skills Certificate (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) - Level 2 (Food Preparation and Production)
